(1)Plasma sources

Our laboratory has independently developed dielectric barrier discharge power supply, plasma jet source, surface discharge plasma source, and other atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma sources, which can produce plasma to meet the needs of various applications. At the same time, the laboratory also has a variety of high performance power supply driving plasma sources, including high voltage high frequency AC power supply, high voltage DC power supply, high voltage pulse power supply, high voltage RF power supply and so on.

(2)Plasma diagnostic technology and equipment

Atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma contains a large number of active substances, including atoms, molecules, ions and free radicals. Accurate diagnosis and measurement of atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma are of great significance for the research and application of atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma. The laboratory has carried out a lot of research work in the field of atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma diagnosis technology for many years, and the laboratory is equipped with a variety of diagnostic equipment. In electrical measurement, the laboratory has a number of high-speed high-precision oscilloscope, signal generator and a number of high-sensitivity high voltage probe, current probe and other electrical equipments. In optical diagnosis, the laboratory has a number of high-precision emission spectrometer and high-speed camera and other measuring equipments. In chemical analysis, the laboratory has including FTIR, UV-Vis and other testing equipments. In terms of temperature and signal detection, our laboratory has high precision infrared thermometer and high-sensitivity acoustic signal sensor and other testing equipments.

(2)Plasma application

Atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma has a large number of high-energy electrons, ions and excitation free radicals, as well as special physical and chemical processes, thus has been widely used in many fields. Combined with its own characteristics, the laboratory has long carried out a large number of application research in plasma biomedicine, material treatment, agricultural food, environmental treatment and other fields.
